Update: I contacted the company and they were great as they got a replacement straight away. Thanks very much! BUT the product itself isn't worth the money unless you don't mind how loud it is and your glass falls on the floor. This is what got me number one and why I give it back 100%. (The packaging they give you to keep your glass in the glass somehow unpacked and the glass came loose) Went back and ordered another brand. I give it 2 stars because the company has great customer service. The stuff that came with it is amazing BUT from the moment I turned it on it made an awful sound. The foam holding the jar doesn't stick and I had to use some of the pool noodles. This was the first time I used it. My other is very quiet. I will contact the company to see what they plan to do about it. I will update later.
