Works well in my review
The pass-thru connectors definitely cut down on errors when crimping RJ-45s because you can see the colors much more clearly than you can with conventional sealed-end connectors. It seems that several manufacturers have caught onto this. My only warning is that an open-end connector isn't the best choice for damp environments.
