Bought to take to the beach. while it works fine. The low speed is comfortable and fairly quiet. I use the environment outside. And the effect is pretty strong when you really need a cool down. My only issue is that it got a bit noisy at this level. I was surprised how cool the cooling element on the back becomes. It stays pretty cold. Be careful not to lie down on a pillow. This cooling element needs to breathe and has a small fan to dissipate the heat. Battery life seems good so far. Although in one session has not yet merged. I'll give an update when I'm back from the beach. So far it's a handy little fan.
