Purchased to replace a Conair hand held steamer which has been working great for over 3 years. This steamer has a large head and provides a powerful flow. It works the same horizontally and vertically. Quickly ironed out the creases in the clothes. Other plus points: It has a large water tank, so that it has to be refilled less often. Heats up in less than 20 seconds. Has not leaked after steaming clothes at different angles and sideways. Worked well with curtains and mattress. Fits easily in standard carry-on luggage. Cons: 6ft/2m cable, 9ft/2.5m would be better. The water tank does not drain completely and this can be an issue when packed in carry-on luggage and the water is not completely removed. Airport security may find this unstable and have problems. Happened personally before with another ship. It is recommended to leave the tank open the night before a trip to reduce the amount of water. In general I highly recommend it. Since I just received it I will update if there are any problems in the future.
