I bought some electric air pumps to inflate our pool toys and was really hoping this would work, especially as the description and reviews said it didn't. does not overheat like most others. I couldn't blow up the small round paddling pool. It got very hot within minutes of use and at no point could it go past the 5 minute mark without a break. After a few minutes she felt very hot and smelled burnt. It took a 5-10 minute break every few minutes and took a while to blast our pool floats and kids pool. Highly recommend going with the cheaper versions they compare to or going with Coleman. Wasn't worth the "double price" definitely works the same way :(
