When I set up my new remote office, I chose RingCentral as my VOIP service. I needed a suitable phone and decided on this Grandstream model. It is excellent with many fantastic features. Liked: Very easy to set up with RingCentral, the intranet management tool is easy to use, the speech clarity is fantastic, the speakerphone is also very good and clear. On the main display, it identifies your local address and shows the weather for today and the next two days along with local time/date. I find this feature incredibly useful. Checking things like call history, receiving voicemail, and automatic call forwarding is quick. Very customizable where I can set my own wallpaper, ringtone, dial groups, contacts, etc. I make it work exactly how I like it best. Dislikes: As with all phones, the cords get tangled easily. Some of the configuration options via the phone menu are a bit cumbersome. For example, the weather screen has a configuration option that allows you to easily customize the weather. To set up the phone, this is the button in the middle of the arrows. To change the ringtone, it's in the settings, not the phone's settings. There are many options when using the intranet portal and it may take some time to navigate to the correct option.
