It was a bad idea to buy it, the money was wasted.

Bought for the boss. The phone is of good quality, the buttons are very pleasant to press, But the shortcomings are significant, for dampness - three. Its pros: A bright color screen, excellent communication quality, you can hear loud and clear, a loud and high-quality call signal, the timbre in the speaker is very pleasant, the weather and exchange rates can be displayed on the display. Some cons: Takes a long time to load. Raw firmware - resets the date if there is no direct Internet, not…

I do not cease to rejoice at the purchase, a very good deal!

Our migration from buggy CISCO SIP phones to Grandstream started with the GXP1610 (great device, but 1 line and no Poe). 1610 proved to be an excellent workhorse and it was decided to switch to Grandstream GXP1625 - 2 lines and PoE. For those who need more or need access to video from intercoms, they took the GXP2130 (some even with Bluetooth). 2 years - normal flight. Not a single failure during this time. The firmware is frequently ated and has not had noticeable bugs for a long time. You can

Pros
  • Licked firmware. No bugs with freezes, resets, bad connection. Bright color display. Support intercom control. Support for displaying pictures from the intercom. 4 lines. Quality performance.
Cons
  • Long loading after shutdown (not important, because they never turn off).

Works great with Freeswitch and Fusion PBX

Works great with PBX Freeswitch and Fusion. I recommend that those using this at home ensure the following: Make sure you reserve an IP address for the device by MAC ID. - Allow all outgoing requests with a reserved IP address. - If possible, configure traffic priority for IP and rate control to ensure that other media services (Pandora, Netflix, Gaming, etc.) do not affect the quality. - Set up remote device provisioning, very useful for updating and transferring settings from FusionPBX to SIP

Pros
  • 8 Dual Color BLF/Speed Dial Buttons. 4 programmable softkeys

Caution Emptor works well with phones

While this is a good phone, it has limitations. For example, if you want the full caller ID, it won't appear on the screen. You get the phone number and the first four Alpha IDs. In the call list, it expands to five. So don't expect this full-color screen to be as fully functional as Grandstream should have made it, but it looks like it's hit the low road. If you want to use a headset, check what is compatible with this phone before you buy. It uses an RJ9 connector (not RJ11). Will not be with

Pros
  • HD audio through speaker and handset, dual gigabit ports
Cons
  • High price

Great phone from Grandstream

When I set up my new remote office, I chose RingCentral as my VOIP service. I needed a suitable phone and decided on this Grandstream model. It is excellent with many fantastic features. Liked: Very easy to set up with RingCentral, the intranet management tool is easy to use, the speech clarity is fantastic, the speakerphone is also very good and clear. On the main display, it identifies your local address and shows the weather for today and the next two days along with local time/date. I find…
