Let down with the Quality and Support of Morvat's Offerings

Since I love spending time in the great outdoors, I couldn't wait to give Morvat a try for all my patio, lawn, and garden requirements. My interactions with this firm were disappointing, to say the least. The things I received were of poor quality, to begin with. My new garden hose developed a leak after after a few usage, and the planter I got arrived broken. I tried to contact Morvat's customer service department about these problems, but they were inattentive and offered me no assistance. It took several tries before I received a response, and that response made it plain that they weren't interested in helping me with my problem. Overall, my experience with Morvat's products and support staff was quite negative. As an athlete, I require sturdy and dependable gear for my outdoor pursuits, and Morvat fell short on both counts. Neither will I be using their services again, nor will I be recommending them to anyone.

Pros
  • Website navigation and purchasing are a breeze.
Cons
  • There are no brick-and-mortar stores available, and several consumers have complained of getting broken goods.
