Review on Powerful 48V 6A Battery Charger for Yamaha Drive Golf Cart: Fast and Efficient Charging by David Monaco

I bought this for my 2012 Yamaha YDRE-X3 and it "works" including a 2 port connector that plugs into a 3 port golf cart receiver is connected. However, it did not turn off when the batteries were being charged. The manual says this can damage the batteries if LED2 never turns green which means it keeps charging. The charger that came with the car was 13-17 amps. It's 6 amps so it will charge your batteries slower which generates less heat which is good but it takes longer to charge. So if you want to use this on YDRE you have to remember to turn it off yourself after 8 or 10 hours.
