I bought this specifically for PS5. Well, while a standard HDMI cable gets the job done, I find it a bit flimsy. I also have a "more powerful" cable for PS4, which is exactly what I wanted for PS5; screwed cable. I'm planning to upgrade my TV from 4k to 8k soon and so far it hasn't disappointed me on a 55 inch Samsung Q8. I've noticed a small, very small improvement in image quality, loading, speed etc (for some reason the inventory has stalled a bit on mine). The HDR aspect really makes the image "pop" - provided that You have the right setting on your TV. , that's more than enough. The quality of the product itself is at the highest level. The threads look very strong, very resilient. The HDMI heads look intact. The labeling on the HDMI header looks like it could be erased, but it's not a problem. I suggest you don't remove the plastic wrap unless it's really important to you. All in all, a great product at a price that is comparable to well-known HDMI cables.
