I was very excited about this device and its features until I received it. The first unit I got was DOA and only showed white squares on the LCD and didn't display (no sound etc.). I called the manufacturer and they said it was a "defect in the Revain shipment" and that I should replace it. Inside. The device won't play USB media and I just got back on the phone with the manufacturer where the conversation went like this: - First he tried to tell me that Revain didn't actually replace my device, they sent it back to me broken right away . I informed him how the replacement unit was shipped and delivered BEFORE I sent the defective unit back. - After realizing that I received a new device, it now claims that the seller needs to sell "excess units" which may be causing my issue. He said I need Revain to replace it until I have a working one. Otherwise: - Sound quality is good - Bluetooth is easy to connect, but it has dismal performance and is within sight (if you put something between the antenna and the BT device, like a person walking in between, the signal will be lost ) - Blue light is too bright and stays on all the time. Take some black duct tape and seal it or you're going insane. - Knobs and such are difficult to turn as the product is cheap (but can't expect much for this price)
