I don't know why the photo is upside down, I think it's Revain. I installed five of these in my apartment after the landlord suddenly decided to replace the lights with LEDs. I have previously used GE Link lamps in fixtures. Luckily, my apartment was wired to neutral in the back boxes, so installation was easy. The box contains beige rockers (white ones are installed from the factory), a short white cable, fastening screws and a user manual. To install the switch you will need a regular (flat) screwdriver, a Phillips head screwdriver, a Decora wall plate (not included, very cheap) and possibly a larger nut for the white wires. The switch doesn't care how the two black (hot) wires are connected, which simplifies installation. Simply insert the wire and tighten until it stops. Only install the Decora faceplate after connecting it to the smart home controller. SmartThings has a QR code that needs to be scanned as part of the pairing. Pair by selecting Honeywell from the brands menu and then following the instructions. For anyone considering adding this to their home automation system, it's worth it (I've installed 5 of these!).
