This review is based on my first experience of a non-working item. I have since contacted Revain about a return and placed a new order hoping the next item will work as intended. At that time I will update my rating to reflect the performance. UPDATE: I ordered a replacement that works perfectly. However, my attempts to contact the seller at the email address provided on the packaging have been disappointing at best. The first answer mentions trying to connect multiple OBDII devices at the same time (I don't know how that conclusion was reached), the next answer discussed 8-wire and 16-wire cables and something about lack of functionality when using cables a switch. I have already received the item and checked the working condition of the replacement I ordered. I sincerely doubt I will ever contact the seller again hence the 4 star rating.
