Review on ADC 619BK Adscope Lite Stethoscope: Ultra Lightweight With Tunable AFD Technology - Black by Kendrick Barron

I am a registered respiratory therapist. I bought this to replace my broken Littmann SE classic. It looks very similar. It is a few inches longer than the Littmann classic which is nice when you bend over to assess patients frequently during your shift. The acoustics are NOT as good as the Littman Lightweight. I've been using this for a few months now and the tubing sometimes comes loose from the top of the bell which leaves it mute. If you're looking for a stethoscope to start out with or that is going to be sitting around most of the time this is a decent scope. This is around my neck 12 hours at a time. Its not going to last me much longer.
