I had to watch a video online to figure out how to change this filter. If you've got a set of sockets, a small tool, and the courage to pull on plastic parts you think might break, you'll be fine. I just looked at the inscription on the side of the replaced one and attached the new one in the same way. (and yes, the old one was dirty at 15,000km)
