I ordered this because I have a very heavy 20.5" quilting ruler and thought the handle would help me move it. Well the first one arrived damaged, one of the suction cups was bent. It was in a plastic bag in the box, but it happened anyway. I told Revine about it and they sent me a new one, they didn't even ask me to return the damaged one! I received the new one in just a day or two and it works GREAT. I see many people complaining that their device has been damaged; why didn't they just report it to Revain? There is no reason to claim a damaged item unless you give the seller an opportunity to fix the problem. There's also no reason to try to "fix" it yourself or put up with the problem. Just let Revain know what the problem is right away and they will solve your problem. I am finally very happy with my new ruler pen. Very strong grip. I put it on my huge, heavy quilting ruler about a week ago and it hasn't moved with either use or storage. This is extremely useful for measuring and cutting and also for moving a heavy ruler to where I need it. I will never be without one of these on the big ruler handles again.
