Parts are interchanged, some are missing.

First of all, there was no instruction manual that would really help a less experienced user. Second, the number of parts required to complete a Snap system with all three components was not equally balanced. In other words, one of the three elements was short in numbers. On the other hand, Hilitichi reacted very quickly and agreed to replace the missing parts in a timely manner. In general I am satisfied.
