I've been looking for the perfect travel fan for years. Although this fan takes up the least amount of space of all the fans I have, the airflow is pretty weak. It's also a bit noisy compared to the airflow it creates. I suspect the less than desirable performance is due to the fan being designed to run on batteries. (I just plug mine into mains electricity or power it from a lithium battery). If you plan to place the fan close to your face, e.g. B. on the bedside table in a hotel room, this is sufficient. And while it's louder than other small fans I have, some of the white noise comes when I take the fan on a trip. If you are looking for a more powerful but not so portable fan, I recommend the OPOLAR 4 inch Mini. USB. This fan produces a lot more noise than the Honeywell (even at low settings). On the other hand, if portability is your top priority, this fan is exceptional. I have an international trip ahead of me and plan to take this fan instead of the more powerful OPOLAR just because of its small size.
