Many quality and performance issues with this bike rack. where to start The biggest problem is that the whole frame is cheap and very wobbly. You can see a lot of slippage in the receiver and in the connection between the hitch adapter. At first I thought maybe he was just gossiping about the factory, but it's not. I tried using the bottle opener's "handle" to tighten the clutch screw, it was extremely awkward and didn't allow you to tighten the screw at all. It actually interferes with the hitch - bad idea! I then tried to secure it with a wrench but to no avail, the clutch was still very wobbly. As I rode down the road, my bike moved noticeably, far more than any other rack I've had. In no way inspires confidence! The plastic parts that come into contact with the tires are very thin. I adjusted one to my wheel size, just re-tightened it and the nut started turning leaving the plastic loose! I can't believe how flimsy the plastic is on this part. The platform on which the motorcycle stands is also schematic. These parts rotate when not in use, but they have a lot of play in the hinge. All in all the fit and finish of this rack is terrible and it is being sent back. I would definitely avoid that!
