These are the most slippery work shoes I have ever worn. They are worse than regular shoes. The shoe is structured for motion control but too stiff for good heel-to-toe movement. The insole is soft. However, if you use special insoles, Powerstep Pro or a similar insole, the shoe itself becomes stiff and uncompromising. I usually work 10 hour shifts. I wore these shoes for a short 5 hour waiter shift on a slower night. I couldn't wait to take them off. The dry tiled floor was slippery all the way to the corners. The dishwasher was a slippery nightmare. This pair of shoes goes straight to Good Will. Don't waste money.
