What I had to do didn't work

I bought this to get rid of peeling paint on basement walls before repainting. It didn't really work for that purpose. There were only a few chips and there was very loose paint that I didn't remove that I could brush off with my bare hand. It may be suitable for other purposes, but not for removing paint. To return.
