Have been using it for several years. I'm buying it again today and out of curiosity I checked out the reviews and was surprised to see how bad they were. So just a little tip for some of the problems I've noticed. 1- Yes, the spatula that comes with it is too flimsy, but using a regular sized spatula makes the job much easier. Boom, problem solved. (I got mine at the doctor's office) 2- yes, the temperature should be just right. But this is something you will only learn by using it a few times. Just like any other product. You are probably not an expert. So yes. this can be difficult at first. 3- Don't let it sit for too long. Don't let it cool down on your skin. It still needs to be flexible. I found this to be the best way to get all the hair. If you wait too long and it gets cold, some hairs may break. I'll read some more reviews later. If I see anything else that might have a solution, I'll update my review.
