After six months, I was able to pinpoint the primary drawback. This is probably the only drawback during this period of use and, frankly, it is significant; for example, if you do not install the utility, you will not be able to control the speed of the cooling system, and its self-regulatory features will be disabled. This is because you will always reach out with your left hand, spreading your fingers, to turn down the brightness. You can take command of the situation at any time by pressing the Fn key beside the F5 key. You won't get very far on foot if you try to carry it in a bag with one hand for an extended period of time, and you won't get very far with a backpack, either. The picture is great, scoring an A+ on the ips scale; the frame rate of 144 hertz is great for shooters and dots; the sound is above average, scoring a B+; and the touch pad is responsive. The iron cover transfers vibration from voltage or something like that when touched if the power cable is on, but it will not shock you (it was grounded for everyone). Don't forget to include a stand of some sort in your kit; it's not for chilling, but rather so you can watch movies in bed without burning your legs.
