It doesn't come apart unless solved
Was hoping to assemble these myself as my first kit from another company. However, it's not worth saving a few bucks because they have a cruel person packing them. If you like little knots, like little chain necklaces straight out of the box, then save yourself a few bucks. I had to yell at my husband to fix them first. Even he struggled and he is patient and put it down when we got bitten by mosquitoes. then we circled the tree for 32 feet. Another maker unraveled without forming JS nodes! I won't buy them again even if they are just as good if they get JS working again. It doesn't cost a few dollars to start detangling
