Continuous. well made and FINALLY the glasses are small enough not to fall off my skinny head.

Good color palette and I actually use glasses and add bifocals (glued in) for reading. The price is low enough that I can pay for additional lenses and still have a pair (or more) of bifocals at a reasonable price. Thank you! I use 3.00 strength and add 3.00 to read.
