The device broke after two years but don't worry there is a 10 year guarantee. Called Le Creuset, they said it was covered, got an RMA number and they received the defective unit on 08/26/2016. They called on 9/7/2016 and said that the device would be delivered in 2 days. They called again on 09/20/2016 and told me that the order will be delayed until October. I have no idea who to believe. I didn't expect that from Le Creuset, especially when I bought the product through Revain. Very bad customer service.
