This blanket was a great replacement for our old beach blanket.Pros:- Doesn't get hot- Built in pockets are helpful- Sand pockets to weigh down are nice and seem to work (I still put something on it like a cooler or bag just in case)- Very large- Convenient to carry and lightweightCons:- The stakes can easily get lost in the sand. I'd recommend giving them a coat of neon spray paint- Sometimes it can take a bit of patience to stuff back in the pouch. If you are in a hurry, its not always your friend.I would recommend this product.
