As a specialist in the field of cosmetics and personal care, I had very high hopes for GREENRAIN. Having said that, my experience with this internet store was nothing short of a complete and utter letdown. The quality of the products was lacking, despite the fact that there was an incredible selection of products to choose from. The bathtub and the accessories for the bathtub were not at all nice, and the quality that was promised was not delivered. The quality of the personal care products, which were advertised as being of the highest caliber, was, at best, subpar. In addition, the prices did not correspond to the products' level of quality. In addition, there was a deficiency in the client service. Responses that were both useless and unprofessional were given in response to my attempts to contact out for assistance. As a result of GREENRAIN's failure to address my concerns, I was left with the sense that the company does not place a high value on its consumers. My time spent with GREENRAIN, on the whole, left me feeling annoyed and unhappy. As someone who works in the field of cosmetics and personal care products, I am unable to give this store my recommendation to anyone.
