Great support - my new review
I put this on when I'm running. It keeps my back straight. Though it makes it a little challenging when bending and stretching, but I make do. Apart from this being great as a waist trimmer, it is also great at lower back support. I even put it on when just sitting down at my desk and working on my computer.
