The trainer size chart is true to fit! I got an XL and it has been two weeks I’m thinking it may be tome to go a size smaller because the XL isn’t fitting as tight anymore. This waist belt is very sturdy. I only wear it for an hour six days a week on mornings while heading to work. My back feels great but it squeezes my belly a bit as i dont have a flat belly. However I like this product.

I use my waist trainer 1-2 times a week. I have other belts so I circulate each day. Of all the ones I use this has the most firm back support, and covers more area from under hips to lower peck region. This has three spots for Velcro support. It's been two weeks now, and this waist trainer has been the best one I have ever found; I'm almost upset I didn't find it sooner, having tried so many others before. I truly appreciate the back support it offers, especially when working out, as well as its main job -- helping with slimming down my stomach area. I like that it isn't itchy or has uncomfortable strings or bumps like others do. It's slim fitting and gets the job done. Nice work!

It does wrap around the back, but it doesn't feel like it offers the best support. I'm not sure about it's thermal claim. I've used it a few times, but ultimately I've stopped using it because I don't feel like it's doing any good.

I put this on when I'm running. It keeps my back straight. Though it makes it a little challenging when bending and stretching, but I make do. Apart from this being great as a waist trimmer, it is also great at lower back support. I even put it on when just sitting down at my desk and working on my computer.

The size chart is not compatible to American sizes, my wife was able to fit the one I ordered and she enjoyed it. She said she felt the support in her back as she was working out and just moving around the house. I’m very impressed and would love to have a larger size for myself.

Good product for the money I paid for it. I use it for my workout and it fits pretty good moves a little bit but the back support is good. I don’t use it for pain relief but I’m sure if it was used for back support it would work perfect. The material is comfortable and easy to wipe down after your workout I would definitely recommend trying if you’re looking for an affordable waist trainer.

This is perfect for working out or just to use during your workday to assist you. It slimmed my waist in a little less than a week of wearing it during work and my workouts. Using it to help train myself to use my diaphragm more productively and to lessen my forward pelvic tilt.The edge sewing was a little irritating to my skin, but I ameliorated this by applying some medical tape to the edges.

Was very happy with it first week but it didn’t last long. Stitching where the vertical supports are sewn in came apart after a week. Ordered a second item and same happened. If you are planning on standing wearing it then it may be for you. If you plan on bending, moving, sitting or doing any physical activity maybe try something else, this product won’t last long for you.

I have (2) other brands that I've been using which are about to tear but no comparison with this one. You can immediately tell the difference in compression and back support. One area of opportunity would be to make the material a little more flexible when getting in different positions but I'm assuming it would make it tougher to keep the tight compression and support. Sometimes the boning seems to poke into me which can be irritating but I think I resolved that by making sure the tag on it is always up and toward the middle of my back. I did have one of the boning pieces pop out recently and the seam came undone fast along with it.
