Overall great, good for working out (except abs)
Loving this waist trainer. It’s great for general workouts, but definitely not to be used during abs as the boning wont let you do a proper crunch. Overall, love this product and can definitely tell the difference in my abs (along with proper diet and exercise). It’s also helped my back issues while sitting at a desk!
