I have had abdominal surgery years ago which has weakened my linea alba (the midline of the abdomen) I have been using abdominal wraps or compression shirts to help provide support for many years. I have tried many, but this is by far the best. The support spines on the back are great; they aren't too stiff. My favorite feature, though, are the two additional stretchy "wings". I've never seen another support that has these. They are great; you put the wrap on normally then use these to add an extra layer of support and further tighten the wrap.
