Good budget gaming and video monitor

I am replacing another 24 inch 1080p monitor with a Samsung. A good mid-range monitor that is more business oriented. Worked fine but I saw this Asus for a good low price, it was about $80 less than the monitor I replaced. this Asus is perfect so far, less than a week has passed. It's brighter and has much better motion control in the video. I've only watched the old game once, I had Deus Ex on hand, and the difference is immediately noticeable. Much better. Asus colors are also very good. Offers many presets in the Beautiful section, ranging from very yellow to blue to crisp, as well as customizable options. Many functions that can only be performed manually on the monitor. I didn't know or care much but I would have paid more to get the option with the software and manage it through the computer. I thought it might be. can't find it. The DVD is not included and no downloads are available. It's available for twice the price I paid so I'm happy with this model, I can use one of the pre-installed kits and be pretty happy. There is a big menu where you can choose different things to manage, change and even tweak some of my own preset shortcuts. Updates will be added over the months and I hope the monitor stays the same for a long time to come. There are no dead pixels, in case anyone cares. I'm running Windows 10x64 and am using Displayport now. I've tried HDMI and was able to get a 144Hz refresh rate with each
