Pros:1) Looks great after it is installed.2) Feels durable against stains.3) Adhesion is OK.Cons:1) One of the two rolls I had was not adhered right to the backing, and it had a lot of bubbles on the wall. revain was quick to send a replacement, and the replacement worked great. The defective one on the wall peeled right off.2) It's not as satisfying as water-activated adhesive backed wallpaper. That wallpaper can float a little when on the wall, so it's easier to get alignment. I was working on a 9 foot wall, and the first couple feet stayed aligned. By the end, though, there was anywhere from 1/8" to 1/4" overlap. Not a big deal, because with the pattern you can't tell.
