Excellent exercise mat
This mat is excellent with more cushion than a typical yoga mat. The two major downsides are expense given its size (typical yoga mat size) and portability (it does not roll up easily).I have had it for several months so cannot comment on long-term durability.
- Its lightweight design makes it easy to move around and store, so you can take it with you wherever you go.
- Not good for high-intensity workouts
