Perfect fit but don't expect it to protect your surface pen.
I have no major complaints as it fits my Microsoft Surface Pro 7 tablet perfectly and my tablet also has a screen protector but it doesn't affect the size. The case feels solid and I'm sure if it ever falls down it will protect my tablet. This case also has a slot for a surface stylus, but it's not sure as the stylus magnet is pretty weak and the makers of this case didn't take that into account. That's why I deducted a star. I wouldn't use this slot if I was walking around with a handle attached to it. I would end up losing my expensive Surface Pen. Overall though, this is a great case and I think it's worth the price I paid.
