One star deducted because the seller pushed the envelope too small. You can probably get 68 ounces if you remove the lid and fill it to capacity, which I can't imagine anyone wanting to do. Aside from that, this pitcher has a full 2 quart (64 oz) capacity with the lid. Because of its shape, it looks smaller than it actually is. This is a special type of glass, lightweight, durable and affordable. Everything else is exactly as advertised. I recommend!
