Review on Cube Quicker Precisely Original Super Durable by Shawn Schmidt

Bought this item as a Christmas present for my 11 year old son. When he opened it, it was his favorite gift. It worked flawlessly. He liked it best. He only used regular dice. A few hours later, his mechanical side took over and he disassembled it on the living room floor. He was amazed at how easy it was to take apart and put back together when his older sister walked in and stepped on a piece rendering it unusable. I decided he liked it so much that I would replace it for him on payday. Before payday, I received an email from A Great Life asking for a review. I explained what happened and that I will check it out after we get a replacement. Although the problem wasn't their fault, they send a replacement. For me, this is a very serious approach to customer service and exceeds all expectations. Many Thanks
