My son started lifting weights and strength training at home on my exercise bike. to drink smoothies after a workout, so I bought him this personal blender to take home. I chose it because the price was very affordable and because it is easy to use. It only has 1 button to control the blender, but more importantly, it won't work if the blender bottle is not placed properly for safety reasons. I love that it comes with a 20 ounce sports bottle as well as a 25 liter jar with a handle. He uses a glass jar after a workout, but occasionally uses a bottle-top sports bottle. The blender itself works very well, and I find it works even better when I shake the blender up and down to ensure the ice cubes or fruit are blended and evenly blended. Overall it works well for my son and I have no complaints, especially for the price. Very child friendly with simplicity and safety in mind. Thank you!
