I will not recommend it to my enemies.

Never felt comfortable in it. Used it as both a seat and back support but didn't work for either. Used as a seat cushion, it's not wide enough for me. It's memory foam, so it basically compresses to zero. When used as a back brace it offered more resistance, but for some reason it was pressing against my entire back, not just my lower back. Since it is initially thick, the pressure seems to be the same. The elastics also loosened over time and couldn't hold the pillow in place, so I had to adjust it every time I sat down. For me it was a bad buy and I threw it away. Sorry I don't recommend it.
