My bag arrived today. It arrived in a plastic envelope from UPS and was worried about scratches. When I opened it I was really impressed with how it was packaged and protected. The hardware on the bottom was covered, we wrapped the straps and there was some paper inside to avoid squeezing. The leather is so soft, the color is absolutely gorgeous, and the hardware is beautiful and sturdy. Time will tell how well it will hold up, but looking at it now I'll be wearing this bag for a very long time. I also bought a matching purse. Arrived well packaged.
