I like that it is easy to use, allows me as an admin user access into my sales reps accounts with in seconds via API's which makes life easier! It also has great reporting features allowing you view reports within your org or send them out directly through email without having to go back over all data from other tools such as Quickbooks etc (which can be time consuming). The only thing i dislike about neuroRed are some of their UI updates have been very clunky when updating fields or creating new ones - this could maybe just be because we do not fully understand how they work but if anyone else uses any sort of CRM then make sure before using you look at what upgrades/updates need doing first otherwise there may still problems after installing.
