Not as good as it looks

The kettle was much lighter and cheaper than I expected for $26. The handle gets SUPER hot and untouchable with no stickiness. I bought a similar one from Wal Mart for $9.99 a few years ago. I really expected this to be done better. Also, the box it came in was crushed and torn like it was someone's return.
