I really wanted them to work. They didn't. I have a Cricut Maker and need a lot of intricate cuts and notches. The difference in the size of the mats makes their work unreliable. See photo for size difference. Not only is this rug smaller in length and width, it is also thinner. This means the wheels don't grip properly and it slides a bit. My scores and cuts didn't match up as closely as they did with the Cricut brand rug. Also, the thinness and smaller size resulted in the edge of one of my rugs catching in the rails on first use, ruining the cut and warping the rug. I trim the warped plastic from the corner and will use it from the other end for non-critical parts. Also, the mats seemed to leave a sticky layer on my cards, causing them to stick together. Ultimately I was very disappointed with this product. The mat is comparable to a standard grip mat, but I wouldn't use it with the Cricut Maker.
