Very easy to program. Setting up the wizard took less than 5 minutes, however.

Looks the same as the original except for the missing Nissan logo. Setting up the wizard took a minimum, but a day after setting it up, the device literally stopped working. Doors won't open/lock, car won't start. I had to ask for help from a specialist who set it up. On the phone, he advised me to put the key fob in a slot to the left of the steering wheel, which I had no idea. I was then instructed to hit the start button as usual. The car started and ran for 3 more days. Now he does it intermittently, so I just follow the same process the tech had me do the first time. Was it worth it? probably not, given the problem I now have to contend with. The keychain was cheap so I guess I got what I paid for. I paid $125 to have a technician come to set it up. I just hope my baby doesn't stay too far from home. I don't know if I just got a bad one.

Pros
  • Confident
Cons
  • Pretty good
