I purchased two of these cameras, and both Windows 7 machines' drivers started up without any issues automatically. Face tracking is available in the Skype settings on one computer, but there are no other options or tracking on the other. I don't think this feature is especially important. The sound occasionally croaks, but noise interference has been eliminated (I believe there are issues with Internet speed). In general, I think the camera is a good investment and endorse it.
