Good headphone at a good price. They sound great and are very comfortable. One of the headphones stopped working after a year and a half. I took it apart and saw that one of the very thin wires had come loose from the solder. It was earphone number 2. In other words, the cable from the plug goes to the earpiece. I call this earbud #1. This other one is broken. I've followed the cable where it goes to handset #2 and it seems to be securely attached. I don't see how voltage on the other end would affect soldering on the opposite earbud. I think it was bad soldering and since I can't solder I'm ordering another headphone, this time from a different manufacturer. Hey, things happen, new ones might go out sooner, who knows.
