This item does not fit the Rainbow it is advertised for as it is different in size in mm causing it to not fit properly and not allow the door to close. I was unable to contact the US company which I think would do the right thing. I only opened the product after I had to leave town to take care of my grandparents. When I went back and tried to install a new filter, it only deviated by a millimeter, leaving two unusable filters. Since I missed the return deadlines, the company didn't even address my concerns and didn't resolve the situation, instead letting me come back and send a better filter or credit my account. I was disappointed because I made a conscious decision to support a US company. My daughter was instrumental in me seeking help again at such a later date as she was able to resolve issues with reputable companies who rectified her situation.
