This is a USB hub with a built-in Ethernet port. The socket measures 3.5 x 1 x 0.75 inches. There is a 6 inch cable on one end. The cable ends with a USB-A connector, the other end of the hub has an Ethernet port. There are 3 USB A ports on the top of the hub. All 3 USB ports on the top are USB 3 ports. The hub does not require an external power supply. The hub comes with a USB-A to USB-C converter, so you can also use a hub with USB-C ports. The SGTTX logo appears on the top of the hub. I find that this USB hub works quite well. It was just plug and play. I use it to connect an additional webcam to my Surface laptop and also connect the laptop to a wired ethernet connection. A wired connection should be faster than a Wi-Fi connection. I like the small form factor of the hub. It fits easily in my travel laptop bag. Overall, this device is well made and works well.
