I've had the treadmill for a week now and am very pleased with it so far. I had no difficulty putting it together because it only required I place screws in the handlebars. There is a conveniently labeled and positioned hole in which to put the li=ubricant oil. If there is a drawback or concern, it is that the manual does not tell you how much lubricant to put in for the first use or any subsequent uses. That is not a good thing because having the belt properly lubricated is critical to its continued functioning and maintenance. Other than that, it seems to be a good deal. I'll come back in a few months to let you know if it holds up.
